It is essential when using your refill to make sure you trim your wick.
We recommend trimming your wick after an hours first burn and then you can relight. - This will ensure the candle will fully melt to the edge and burn evenly.

• Our candles aren't designed to full melt on their first burn. If the sides of the vessel still have wax - don't be worried! Don't push them down as you can drown the wick. On your next burn you'll see the wax melt.
• Trim your wick before lighting your candle.
• We suggest to burn your candle 4 hours at time.
